Brian Dorsey Studios is a boutique wedding photography studio in Chelsea, New York, photographing weddings across the city and at destinations worldwide.

Approach

We photograph weddings the way a photojournalist would cover any other day that only happens once: two photographers working the room, nothing restaged for the camera, and the day left to run at its own pace. What we hand back is the day as it actually went.

Brian Dorsey founded the studio and shoots it alongside Ron, a master photographer and photojournalist, and Kang, our lead photographer. Brian and Ron have each been named one of the ten best wedding photographers in the world by American Photo.

The work has been seen in Vogue, the New York Times, Town & Country, Martha Stewart, People, Brides and the Knot, and on the Today Show. Alongside weddings we photograph engagements, mitzvahs and children, and we shoot wedding films from the same studio.
